WIlliam Lawson looped at the start of heat 2, then Paul collected Robert on the first turn and was excluded. Kyle takes his first UK heat win in the two-man restart. Ben is passed by both Monarchs after leading heat 3, and Kyle fell in third place on the last lap of heat 4. Rusty Harrison excluded from heat 4 after a heavy tumble on the first lap, and Cameron Woodward passed Ben Wilson to claim second. Ricky led heat 7 for a lap, but after being passed by both Monarchs he fell on lap 2. Kyle also fell lap 4, but remounted for the point.

Paul caused a massive pile-up in heat 9, and was excluded when he lost control and crossed the white line in heat 10. He then failed to beat the 2 mins allowance in heat 12 and was replaced by Kyle, who wiped Ricky out and was himself excluded! It seems neither of our reserves could handle Armadale!

Sean closed down and then passed Ross Brady to score all six points on a tactical in heat 11, but after that failed to score in his last two, and was passed by Nermark in heat 15. A better away display by André (I wonder if his mechanic in the red overalls set his bike up?) but the long tail just couldn't cover for the ailing Richard Hall who was taken ill en-route.
