our kid! With Rob Branford eventually accepting that his shoulder injury is not going to heal itself, and then Nathan Stoneman picking up leg and ankle injuries at Foxall Heath the Tigers were forced to track two guest reserves. Layne Cupitt was not on the same pace as the Championship riders but Mitchell Davey looked promising.

The Tigers top three started in fine style winning all of the first ten heats along with Mitchell Davey in heat 2 and Todd Kurtz in heat 8. The Bandits gave their guest Richard Lawson a tactical ride on heat 11 and with Joe Jacobs following him home the Tigers sixteen point lead was whittled down to just nine. David Howe passed Josh Bates on the first lap of heat 12. Josh dived inside him into the first turn but then picked up unexpected grip and tumbled off right in David's path and they both took a nasty looking tumble. Thankfully they both walked away and were later seen laughing and joking together in the pits.

Lasse got caught in first bend traffic in heat 15 and missed out on a maximum while Josh Grajczonek passed Richard down the back straight to take the win. Jan Graversen seen getting some laps in after the meeting which set tongues wagging. James Shanes and Georgie Wood are our guests at Alwalton. James unlikely to sign as his overseas commitments in August mean he would miss six of our eight fixtures!
