Tonight's guest

Brady Kurtz was never troubled winning heat 1 in the fastest time of the season. Ashley Birks on the other hand had his work cut out keeping Kyle Howarth at bay but he achieved it. The Tigers reserves were sharpest from the gate in heat 2 but Kenneth Hansen had far more speed than Arthur Sissis who he passed on the third turn, but not enough to challenge Josh Bates. Rene Bach flew into an impressive lead in heat 3 which neither Jason Garrity or David Bellego could do anything about. Ricky Wells trapped in heat 4 and looked much faster than Andre Compton who was passed by Josh on the second lap. Kenneth Hansen then got alongside Andre on the home straight but Andre replied with a determined outside move on the first turn and then cut across the Danes line. Rusty Harrison gated ahead in heat 5 but was passed by Jason on the third turn, David on the first turn of the second lap, and his own team mate after that. Tigers looking comfortable on a ten point lead.

Ricky Wells left Brady Kurtz in his wake and never looked like being caught in heat 6. How come he never rode like that when he was a Tiger? Rene was given the tactical ride in heat 7 but was out gated by both Andre and Arthur. Andre pulled up from the lead at the start of the third lap with a puncture leaving Arthur ahead of Rene who failed to catch him. Ashley and Josh gated ahead of Kenneth in heat 8 and although the Dane was visibly faster on the straights young Josh kept him at bay. Jason led heat 9 from Ricky and Nicki Barrett with David looking down at his engine right from the first lap and retiring at the end of the third. Brady rounded the field to lead down the back straight in heat 10. Ashley tried an outside pass on the first lap but Matthew Wethers took him right to the fence and Ashley never recovered from it. Tigers have extended their lead to twelve points.

Kenneth powers around the field from gate 4 to lead heat 11 from Andre. Kyle is third ahead of Arthur but has his work cut out to stay there. Andre closes in lap by lap and dives under Kenneth on the third bend of the last lap to steal victory. Rene leads away in heat 12 but David dives under him into the third band. An instant later Josh powers around Kenneth on the same bend. Wile David extends his lead Josh is closing down Rene and he brilliantly rounds him on the pits turn at the end of the third lap. Mayhem on the first turn of heat 13 as Kyle lifts his front wheel and pushes Brady into Ricky off gate three who tumbles into the fence and is trapped under his bike. After a brief check-up he walks back to the pits ready for the rerun. Ricky takes a flyer and the race is stopped again. Third time lucky and Brady wins from the gate. Jason speeds into the lead of heat 14 while Arthur and Kenneth are having a terrific scrap for second until Arthur retires with a puncture at the start of lap 3. Brady wins heat 15 from the tapes with David unable to get the better of Ricky. Rene retires straight to the pits without completing the last lap.
