American Randy Green, recently signed from Hackney, was not available and the Tigers
called up Boston's Dean Standing as a guest, who after a slow start recorded two wins beating
both Jan Staechmann and Ronnie Correy. Neil Collins and the Morans kept the Tigers in the match
and the visitors led by two points into the all American last heat.
Sam Ermolenko and Ronnie Correy were able to head Shawn but brother Kelly completed his
maximum and won the match for the Tigers.
