Man of the match Steady makes a poor start in heat 1 but passes Simon Nielsen at the end of the second lap, and then Rafal Konopka two bends later. Andre leads the way in heat 2 and Josh Bates easily outpaces Luke Crang to finish third. Hugh Skidmore and Carl Wilkinson dominate heat 3 with the Tigers pair never threatening. Aaron Summers leads heat 4 while Adam Roynon recovers from gate 4 into second place out of turn 2. Josh passes Luke on the third turn and that's how they finish. Leigh Lanham gates ahead of Richard Lawson to win heat 5 and Taylor Poole passes Rafal on the third bend. Sheffield pull the deficit back to just 2 points.

Both Simons are sleeping at the tapes in heat 6. Steady charged under Jan Graversen on the third bend but lost it again on the fourth and the Bears lead by six. Adam led heat 7 from the tapes with Carl snapping at his heels. Hugh did enough to keep Andre out of the points. Josh makes a lovely start to lead heat 8 from Jan Graversen who has Simon Nielsen hot on his tail. Simon passes him on the inside at the start of the last lap and Jan wobbles and falls a second or so later. Terrible decision by the referee to disqualify Simon! Taylor traps to lead heat 9 but is passed inside and out by Leigh and Aaron on the second bend. Aaron made a fantastic effort off the fourth bend but Leigh just held on for the win. Good race! Hugh runs out of track outside Steady and tests the air fence. Carl leads the rerun until Steady passes him at the start of the second lap. The Tigers have dragged the deficit back to just two points but they're making hard work of it.

Richard leads heat 11 from the Tigers but Andre finds drive to pass him on the inside of the second bend on the second lap. Hugh and Jan lead heat 12 but Leigh dives past Jan on the third lap and so nearly caught Hugh on the run to the line. Steady gates for the first time tonight to lead heat 13 from Richard. Adam seems to have third place sewn up until Aaron powers around him on the last lap to preserve the Bears lead. The British U21 champ comes in to replace Taylor in heat 14. Andre leads the way with  Josh and Carl contesting second place for a couple of laps until Carl eases ahead. It's all square into heat 15 with Steady and Leigh meeting Richard and Aaron, all four riders on 9 points each. Steady traps and leads with Richard and Leigh in close proximity fighting for second place for all four laps. Leigh is wise enough to know that third place is enough for team victory so doesn't do anything desperate and the Tigers take the lead for the first time on the night!

The programme has a horrible pink wash on every page, and stupid watermark images behind the (improved) score chart which makes it hard to read your own writing. Same howler of a spelling mistake in clear bold print and grammatical mistakes abound but they will get there eventually.
