Programme image So much for "Fortress Owlerton"! We have a team packed with out and out racers and perfect weather conditions, and we produce a billiard table smooth slick surface on which passing is barely possible. It's a sign that Eric Boocock is back in town!

Dmitri gated and Simon joined him a the front for an untroubled maximum in heat 1. Richard trapped ahead in heat 2 and Nathan claimed third place when Tom Perry went too wide on the second turn. Tom stuck to his guns and was rewarded when his outside swoop off the last bend claimed back the last point. Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen led heat 3 with Josh in close company. Ricky Wells trapped to win heat 4. Ulrich Østergård and Simon Lambert led heat 5 and Kyle Hughes had no answer leaving the scores level.

Steady led heat 6 until Nicklas Porsing cut back under him on the pits turn, lap 3. Simon simply repeated the same maneuver on the last lap to get the win. Ricky won heat 7 and Michael Palm Toft eventually passed Nathan on the third lap. Dmitri lead heat 8 but his bike expired on the second lap leaving Richard at the back and clueless. Josh and Kyle lead heat 9 and Nicklas can't be bothered and pulls off the track after three laps. Dmitri and Steady lead heat 10 but Michael Palm Toft is hard on Simon's back wheel and cuts back to pass him off the last turn. The Tigers lead by four points.

Ulrich leads away in heat 11 but Ricky and Richard fill the minor placings until Simon Lambert sneaks under Richard at the end of the second lap. Kyle wins heat 12 but Nathan finishes the evening pointless. Simon wins heat 13 from the gate but Ricky trails home last. Josh gates poorly in heat 14 but blasts around the outside and squeezes through the gap between Emil Grøndal and the second bend fence to take the lead. With Richard trailing home last it's a last heat decider with the Tigers two points ahead. Steady makes no mistakes and takes the lead from Ulrich and Kyle powers under Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen on the third bend to put the Tigers in a match winning position. Kyle battles past Ulrich just as Simon suffers engine failure and baulks Kyle's entry to turn 3. Ulrich takes the lead and despite a concerted effort from Kyle it's the Dane who takes the flag and a share of the match points!
