Edinburgh programme from 1985 Shawn Moran was riding in the Brandonapolis and the Tigers strove to make things more equal by drafting in Jamie Young at reserve, however neither he nor Peter Carr made it to the track. The National League side put up spirited resistance and led for most of the match until Neil Collins and Alf Busk's 4-2 in heat 12 levelled the scoreline, and then Les Collins and Martin Hagon delivered the sucker punch 5-1 in the last race.
