Ten points behind after 6 heats the Tigers looked dead and buried, but 2 wins from Doug plus one each for Bob nad Reg saw the
scores level. Reidar won heat 11 and Bob's third place gave us a slender lead. Top scorer Doug hit the tapes in heat 12 but
Reg and Bob shared the heat behind Nigel Boocock after Rick France took a tumble. John Harrhy won heat 13 but Bert and Reidar kept Tony
Lomas behind them for another shared heat and a well earned away win.
