The Owen brothers and Sandor Levai were non-starters and their places were taken by Andy Cusworth, Trevor Geer and Malcolm Simmons. This wasn't about one team trying to beat the other, but about celebrating the career of one of Sheffield's loyal servants, and Bob was obviously out of touch having retired at the end of the previous season.
