Birko's throttle sticks open and he takes a nasty fall into the first bend fence on the second lap and he takes an ambulance ride. The Tigers stitch up Burza on the first bend in the restart and it's 'goodnight Vienna'. Danny Warwick traps to win heat 2 with Benji tailed off at the back. Smethills and Legault are neck-and-neck in heat 3 until Lee eakes out a slight advantage. Makovsky dives under Kyle on the third turn leaving Kyle nowhere to go and he has to bale out. Andreas swoops around the outside to lead exiting turn 2 and André has to settle for second place. It's Michal's turn to do the big swoop in heat 5 and he passes Ricky to lead down the back straight. Ben wears down Lee and makes the pass, after which Lee pulls off the track.

André wins heat 6 from reserve replacement Danny Warwick with Burza a poor third. Paul overcooks it trying to pass Stanislaw but jumps back on just in case. Emiliano traps to win heat 7 from hard chasing Andreas, but Kyle loses interest at the back. Cooperman comes into heat 8 for the out-of-touch Benji. Ben traps and Danny rounds Paul on the second bend. Paul keeps the pressure on and regains second place on the second lap for a 5-1 which levels the scores. André traps to lead heat 9 and holds off stern challenges from Michal. Stanislaw gates(!) in heat 10 with Danny in second place. It's Danny's fifth ride and it shows as first Kyle and then Emiliano pick him off, but Danny gets a point when Emiliano splutters to a halt on the last lap.

Ricky and Ben trap to lead heat 11 but Andreas makes up yards to swoop past Ben on the pits turn on lap 2 and sets off after Ricky. He tries the same move on Ricky on the third lap, before diving up the inside on the run to the chequered flag but Ricky takes the win. Ben's third place levels the scores at 33-33. Lee is the first to show in heat 12 but Kyle and Cooperman share the heat ahead of Danny who is running out of steam. André and Ricky streak off into the lead in heat 13 and Andreas has to battle his way past team mate Stanislaw, by which time the Tigers were long gone. Michal rounds everyone to lead down the back straight with Sanchez a solid second, but Benji taking his third ride is passed by Danny who is on his seventh. The Tigers only need to share heat 15 to win the match and with Ricky and André they must look favourites. Michal and Andreas are nominated for the Bandits. André traps to lead from Michal and Ricky with Andreas trying too hard and clattering into the fence on the pits turn. The restart goes the same way and the Tigers are victorious.

The Bandits made a good show considering they lost Birko in the first heat and the racing was good. I imagine there are going to be yet more changes though. André was excellent and received good backing from Ricky. Emiliano and Ben did their jobs well, and Kyle recovered from a shaky start. Cooperman only beat the home reserves, but that's his job, while Benji didn't and it might be time to give Mark Thompson a chance to show us what he can do.
